The restaurant celebrates the flavors of the Alps and Lake Garda through genuine dishes prepared with local ingredients selected from small, trusted producers: homemade canederli, boards of artisan speck and local cheeses, gulasch served in a bread loaf, pizza made with highly digestible sourdough.
