Eccellenze Italiane is a network run by several companies, listed in full in the privacy notice. The site is published by Qui Made in Italy S.r.l.s.

Eccellenze Italiane is the public portal of a network of certified Made in Italy businesses. It gathers the listings of the businesses that have obtained certification, the editorial accounts that concern them and the tools for finding them across the country.

Consultation is free and open to all. The private area is intended for certified businesses and their representatives alone.

The Eccellenze Italiane trademark is registered with the Ufficio Italiano Brevetti e Marchi (the Italian patent and trademark office) under number 0001647672 of 22/09/2015, and with the EUIPO under number 018476828 of 21/05/2021.

Every certified business receives a verifiable anti-counterfeiting identifier. Use of the trademark, of the plaque or of the identifier by anyone who is not certified, or by anyone who is no longer certified, is forbidden and is pursued.

Texts, photographs, illustrations, maps and software on this site are protected by copyright. They may be consulted and shared by way of a link, but not reproduced, adapted or reused for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

The images and information concerning a single business belong to that business, which has authorised their publication. The illustrated plates that accompany the editorial accounts are works made for the network and are not reusable.

The information about the businesses is verified at the time of certification and updated with all possible care, but it can change without our being told: opening hours, contact details, services and prices should be confirmed directly with the business before setting out.

• The site neither sells products nor books services: every commercial relationship is established directly between the reader and the business.
• We are not answerable for the contents of third-party sites reachable from the links present here.
• We reserve the right to suspend or modify the service, in whole or in part, for technical or organisational reasons.

Italian law applies to these terms. For disputes with a party acting as a consumer, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains competent, where the law so provides.
