Rivera Bread is an artisan bakery founded in Genoa in 2005 by Wilman Rivera, a Peruvian baker of Chankas origin. Across its four locations spread between Sampierdarena, Certosa, Sestri Ponente and Corso Europa, traditional Italian baking stands alongside specialties of Peruvian tradition such as empanadas and alfajores, in an encounter of cultures built on respect for working times and artisan care.
The origins
Rivera Bread was founded in January 2005 from the experience of Wilman Rivera, a Peruvian baker of Chankas origin who opened his first artisan bakery in Genoa.
