Every basil leaf is selected individually. For the walnut and hazelnut sauces, only the healthiest are chosen.
The traditional recipe calls for basil, garlic, pine nuts, grated Parmigiano, aged Pecorino Sardo, and extra virgin olive oil, combined according to Ligurian tradition.
Each sauce is crafted by hand, with the care and dedication that Genoese tradition demands, like a composition in which every ingredient finds its proper balance.
