The place
In the Umbrian countryside on the outskirts of Perugia, Azienda Agricola Prova Interna produces and sells directly what the land yields: vegetables, honey and other products from its own grounds. The direct link between grower and customer remains the thread running through this farm along the road to Cenerente.
