The place
La Casa di Nathano nasce dalla passione di Nathan Baratte, figlio di fromager cresciuto nella cultura del prodotto di eccellenza. Formatosi a Napoli per perfezionare le tecniche della pizza napoletana, Nathan porta a Riec-sur-Bélon un progetto che intreccia la disciplina partenopea con i prodotti del territorio bretone. Nel forno a legna nascono pizze dall'impasto lavorato a mano, con proposte che spaziano dai classici intemporali a creazioni stagionali in collaborazione con produttori locali.
