In the Bassa Bergamasca, where the plain stretches out quietly along the Adda river, Qvinto Gusto was born in July 2024 from the determination of Marco and Zina: a project nurtured for over ten years, which found its home in Casirate d'Adda with an Italian menu poised between the grill and culinary research.
Right at the entrance, a display case shows off the cuts of meat selected for the grill: a gesture of transparency that hints at what's to come. Qvinto Gusto opened in Casirate d'Adda in July 2024, the fruit of a dream nurtured by Marco and Zina for over a decade.
