The entrance to Park Rozenrust is already a statement of intent: the restaurant occupies an idyllic corner of greenery, with a garden that slopes down to the Vliet, far from the noise of the city. Raimondi's chose this place to build a hospitality that never hurries — where time slows down even before you sit down at the table.
The dining room reflects the same care as the kitchen. The Tuynzaal, separate and intimate, hosts meetings, business lunches, weddings and private dinners: a space that adapts to any occasion without losing the family character that distinguishes Raimondi's. It is run by those who have inherited not only the recipes, but also the way of welcoming guests.
On Fridays and Saturdays, the kitchen works on a surprise chef's menu — from two to four courses — built on fresh, seasonal ingredients that come mainly from Calabria. Two types of homemade pasta, hot and cold starters, a fish or meat main course: every dish carries within it the memory of a region.
