produttori — Torino · Piemonte
In Turin, the city that wrote the history of Italian chocolate, an artisan workshop has been at work without interruption since 1948. Piemont Cioccolato has stayed true to that calling: producing Piedmontese specialities with selected ingredients and handcrafted production.
On the marble counter on Via Gran Paradiso, in Turin, the ingredients are laid out every morning with the same care they have received since 1948. Here Piemont Cioccolato has built its identity: an artisan workshop where the selection of ingredients is never a compromise, and the quality of the work has earned the title of Maestri del Gusto (Masters of Taste).
The hands that work the chocolate in this workshop carry a precise story within them. The Cri Cri — colourful chocolates with their own documented history, known truly by name only in Piedmont — are made here, through gestures repeated with artisan care and passed down over time. Every piece is the result of careful workmanship, not a standardised formula.
On the shelf stand gianduiotti in classic and dark versions, dragées, spreadable creams, bars and tartufati: a range that tells the full breadth of Turin's chocolate-making tradition. The entire production is gluten-free. From Monday to Friday, the shop attached to the workshop is open for direct purchases, and packaging can be customised to order.
From the shop window on Via Gran Paradiso, Turin's chocolate-making tradition still tells its story today with the same artisan precision as ever.
