ristorazione — Parigi · Île-de-France
In the Charonne neighbourhood of the eleventh arrondissement, an Italian restaurant brings Sicilian gastronomic tradition to the heart of Paris. A family kitchen that tells its own roots dish after dish, with top-quality ingredients and an unmistakable artisan touch.
Origini was born from a family project: Antonio Giliberto opened the restaurant with his sister Serena and chef Mattia De Biasi, a long-time friend originally from Sicily. It all begins on the island, in Antonio's hometown: every dish that leaves the kitchen carries with it a precise story, a memory, a place.
The air-conditioned dining room and the sun-drenched terrace opening onto rue de Charonne define two ways of experiencing Origini: inside, among carefully laid tables; outside, in the light of the neighbourhood. The restaurant welcomes guests seven days a week, for lunch and dinner, with no seasonal interruptions.
At the heart of the kitchen, fresh pasta is worked by hand every day: tagliatelle, paccheri, ravioli and rigatoni made in the traditional way, each with its own shape and its own sauce. Alongside these, gourmet pinse romane — Eoliana, Pistacchiosa, Bufalina — and to finish, cannolo siciliano, filled with sheep's ricotta cream, pistachios and homemade candied oranges.
Origini's page brings together the full menu, booking details and everything you need to reach the restaurant on rue de Charonne.
