The place
In the Charonne neighbourhood, just steps from Rue de Charonne, Origini brings Antonio Giliberto's Sicilian culinary tradition to Paris. Founded together with his sister Serena and chef Mattia De Biasi, the restaurant offers a cuisine where every dish tells a family story. The menu showcases homemade fresh pasta and Sicilian specialities, from burrata primavera to cannolo salato, from gourmet pinse romane to traditional desserts.
At the table
It all begins in Sicily, in Antonio Giliberto's hometown. Together with his sister Serena and chef Mattia De Biasi, a lifelong friend, they created Origini to bring a piece of Italy to Paris.

Why you can trust it

Origini makes its fresh pasta in house every day: tagliatelle al nero di seppia, paccheri tricolore, ravioli and rigatoni all come from artisanal work that respects the pace and gestures of Italian tradition.
The gourmet pinse follow the traditional Roman recipe, with a dough that ensures lightness and crispness. The menu features the Pistacchiosa, the Carciofina, the Rustica and the Eoliana.
The traditional Sicilian desserts include the cannolo with sheep's milk ricotta cream, pistachios and homemade candied orange, and the small citrus tart from Sicily with basil meringue.
