ristorazione — Caserta · Campania
In Caserta, along viale dei Bersaglieri, a Neapolitan pizzeria brings to the table the technique of a master pizzaiolo from the Vesuvius area, DOP-certified ingredients and Slow Food Presìdi, and an oven dedicated entirely to gluten-free baking. The story begins at the door.
On viale dei Bersaglieri, in the heart of Caserta, Morsi & Rimorsi is a pizzeria born from the passion of three brothers — Peppe, Luca and Paolo Capece — and built around a clear idea: bringing Neapolitan tradition into a place where every detail, from the setting to the ingredients, is chosen with care. A Mediterranean style evident from the entrance.
The dining room is designed for those who want to feel at ease at the table: well-spaced tables, and acoustic insulation that keeps conversation pleasant even on the busiest evenings. A care for space reflected in every detail, one that has won over a loyal clientele who return, Sunday after Sunday, without waiting.
At the two Stefano Ferrara ovens, a team works under the guidance of Gianfranco Iervolino, a master pizzaiolo from the Vesuvius area and an expert in dough and fermentation. Alongside the classics — the bufalina with mozzarella di bufala campana DOP, the cuoppo of fried specialties, the frittatina di pasta — a separate electric oven ensures the entire menu is also available gluten-free, with AIC registration.
A dish born of dough, fire and carefully selected ingredients. Discover the full page of Morsi & Rimorsi to see the menu and book a table.
