Among the UNESCO World Heritage hills of Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, in Arfanta di Tarzo, a family-run farm has spent thirty years telling the story of a unique territory through its vineyards and its wines.
In the UNESCO hills of Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, in Arfanta di Tarzo, Andrea De Marchi has tended the family's vineyards since 1995. From those rows comes a Prosecco Frizzante under the DOCG and DOC denominations: a story of territory that family management keeps alive season after season, with the same care as at the beginning.
The land demands respect, and Col Parè practices it with consistency. The resistant varieties Muscaris and Solaris grow alongside the native grapes Verdiso and Bianchetta Trevigiana: agronomic choices that reduce environmental impact and safeguard the biodiversity of a hillside landscape recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Biodiversity Friend certification and participation in the Ino Bee project — which brings beekeeping and viticulture together on the same hills — testify to a production method that goes beyond the bottle. Tastings at the estate reveal the DOCG crus and the full range, from frizzante to wines made from resistant varieties.
In the cellar, every bottle carries the mark of a protected landscape and a viticulture that chooses biodiversity as its method.
