The sign lit up for the first time in 2022, at its address on the Marktplatz of Allersberg. Italo Di Virgilio and Giovanna Pucciano chose this Bavarian market square to bring Neapolitan tradition across the Alps: a deliberate choice, not a chance one, that turned a renovated space into a landmark for the town.
First-time visitors are often surprised: from the outside, the restaurant gives no hint of the care that went into its complete renovation. Modern, comfortable furnishings create an intimate atmosphere, suited to families as much as to an evening among friends. The setting, attentive to every detail, is where Italian conviviality finds its place in Bavaria.
At the heart of the kitchen, the wood-fired oven sets the pace of service according to Neapolitan tradition. The dough, light and airy, bakes at high temperature for just a few minutes.
