Il Ristorante Ad Convivium presente nel territorio Cremasco, nasce dalla rivisitazione di una trattoria storica a Pandino, conosciuta per la cucina tradizionale ed amata per il suo carrello dei bolliti misti. E' la nuova sfida di una famiglia ben conosciuta di ristoratori i quali arrivati alla terza generazione si propongono di dare continuità ai piatti tipici locali interpretandone gusti e sapori con una personale innovazione.

L'ambiente è curato, di impianto moderno mantenendo comunque una sorta di classicità, per poter accogliere diverse tipologie di clienti. Tant'è vero che il locale risponde non solo alle esigenze della normale ristorazione per pranzi e cene in coppia o per più comensali ma è anche predisposto ad ospitare banchetti, eventi, nonchè un'invitante colazione di lavoro durante i giorni feriali.

The Chef

Santino wurde 1967 in Italien geboren und zeigte schon in jungen Jahren seine Leidenschaft für die Welt der Gastronomie, indem er in der Küche arbeitete. Bis heute kann er auf mehr als 40 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich zurückblicken.
Im Jahr 2017 beschloss er, das Restaurantgeschäft in Italien zu verlassen und sich einer neuen Herausforderung zu stellen: die erworbenen Werte und die Leidenschaft der italienischen Küche ins Ausland zu übertragen.

Using his experience as a founding member of a global Italian chain “Fratelli la Bufala® Mimmo decided to move forward with his own brand “Mimmo la Bufala” and now serves some of the best pizza and Italian food in London.

With many awards and nominations over the last 20 years, Mimmo’s restaurant showcases the gastronomic heritage of Naples with critically acclaimed pizzes, pasta, fish and meat dishes. Unlike marry other restaurants that claim to cook pizzas the Italian way, Mimmo’s real wood fired oven ensures extraordinarily tasty and authentic pizzas, using the finest Italian toppings.

Born in Pozzuoli Napoli and living much of his life in Florence, whatever he is doing Mimmo is always back in time to welcome people to his restaurant to entertain and create an atmosphere, as his passion for food comes only second to his passion for life.

Fao37 nasce dall’idea di due grandi amici pescatori, uniti dalla volontà di valorizzare il pescato povero del bacino dell’Adriatico.

Fabio e Christian amano il mare in modo viscerale e si dedicano ogni giorno alla selezione del pescato fresco, che poi trasformano in autentiche creazioni culinarie, valorizzando al massimo ogni ingrediente.

We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.

As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.
