Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".
Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.
Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us
At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

LA NOSTRA storia
Aperta nel 1960 da nonno Sergio come tavola calda, la Bottega Trattoria de Santis è stata per oltre 40 anni un punto di riferimento della ristorazione nel quartiere dell'Esquilino. Nel 2005 gli eredi Stefano, Federico e Davide hanno preso in mano la storica attività, che si è evoluta con modernità ma continua a rispettare con fierezza la tradizione.
LA NOSTRA cucina
Anima romanesca e verace, che rispecchia quella dello chef Davide. In bottega si assaporano i classici della tradizione, affiancati ad altre specialità sia di carne che di pesce, frutto del suo estro.
IL NOSTRO locale
Ristrutturato nel 2005, il locale oggi accoglie i clienti in un ambiente rustico e caloroso. Muri di pietra viva, legno e arredamento moderno convivono in armonia in questa moderna trattoria cittadina.
La nostra storia.
Een passie herken je op jonge leeftijd. Dit was ook het geval voor Giuseppe Inglima. Op 8-jarige leeftijd begon hij alvast met zijn mama verse pasta te maken, de keuken was zijn werkruimte. Naast zijn studies latijn, vond Giuseppe toch de tijd om in de keuken te staan, om zijn ouders maar vooral zichzelf te bewijzen dat het serveren van gerechten zijn groot
Lo Chef...
Op 14-jarige leeftijd is Giuseppe begonnen in de horeca te werken als bediening. Toen hij 16 jaar werd, heeft hij zijn ouders en zijn omgeving kunnen overtuigen om achter zijn droom aan te lopen. Het was zover, hij mocht naar de hotelschool gaan te Hasselt.
Dankzij zijn gedrevenheid en ervaring voor zijn jonge leeftijd, kreeg hij hogere functies in de keuken. Hierdoor heeft hij een horeca-wedstrijd gewonnen als de jongste, getalenteerdste kok! Als jonge knaap, heeft Giuseppe alle mogelijkheden in de sector gezien. Van bistro tot brasserie, tot zelfs hoog- gastronomische keukens. Zijn passie en hart ligt al van jonge chef in de Italiaanse keuken, waar hij natuurlijk ook vandaan komt.

Met Gastronomia Inglima combineert Giuseppe zijn ervaring in de culinaire sector en traditionele gerechten uit zijn roots om shockerende gerechten te creëren voor zijn gasten. Gastronomia Inglima is een plaats waar traditionele smaken en moderne toetsen elkaar omarmen. In het gezellig centrum van Maaseik kunt u genieten van deze fenomenale gerechten zowel op het terras als in het recent vernieuwd interieur.

La nostra cucina è fatta di passione per la tradizione, per sapori autentici e genuini come le nostre paste all’uovo fatte in casa preparate fresche ogni giorno, oppure la nostra pasticceria anch’essa fatta in casa con farine biologiche. Le nostre ottime carni alla griglia provengono anche da allevamenti locali così come le verdure sono fresche e di territorio.
In centro ad Orvieto
Ci troviamo nel centro storico di Orvieto, in una tranquilla e graziosa piazzetta a poca distanza dal parcheggio di Via Roma e dalla chiesa di San Domenico nel quartiere “Corsica” (così chiamato per assonanza con via del Corso, o forse per la presenza in passato di gruppi militari di mercenari Corsi).
Nei mesi più caldi abbiamo tavoli all’aperto dove poter mangiare al fresco della nostra pergola.

Proponiamo menu speciali per gruppi organizzati, agenzie di viaggi e tour operator, minimo 20 persone.La nostra sala accoglie comodamente oltre cinquanta persone. Il parcheggio di arrivo dei bus turistici ad Orvieto è a poca distanza ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
