La Marca gioiosa nasce dalla volontà di una coppia di italiani con un sogno nel cassetto, quello di far conoscere la cultura e la tradizione della cucina veneta attraverso la passione che li accomuna. Pur essendo giovani vantano un decennio di esperienza ed è così che dopo anni di sacrifici e progetti accantonati finalmente hanno coronato il loro sogno.

mi sento un artigiano perché faccio un lavoro manuale e cerco di farlo al meglio. Il futuro della pizza sarà l’unione di pizza e cucina, quindi sono molto importanti le le mie esperienze passate nelle cucine per comprendere gli abbinamenti.

Au restaurant famillial « Dai 3 Fratelli », Mamma Scalea a su transmettre à ses fils l’amour de la cuisine italienne et la passion du métier :
Massimo le cuisinier, Enzo le pizzaiolo et Gerardo le serveur.
Tous trois ont fréquentés l’École hôtelière en Italie.
Chacun a trouvé sa place et domine sa discipline. Ils sont sans cesse à la recherche de nouveautés, que ce soit dans produits ou la façon de les travailler.
Tous cela bien sûr, avec l’aide de la Mamma, spécialiste des pâtes fraîches.
Le Papa Scalea est également présent pour veiller au bien-être et au confort de la Maison, et cela, dans la joie et la bonne humeur.

The story behind Ristorante la Vela is as unique as the food we serve. A mixture of passion, determination and hard work, paved the way for our restaurant over a decade ago.
Ristorante La Vela as a concept was conceived by Michelle Muscat back in 2008. Accountant by profession, Muscat comes from a food-loving family with a long history in the catering business. La Vela started out as a hobby, however by time, it became a full-time job infused with much passion and dedication.
Through persistence and hard work, Michelle Muscat along with her team of talented chefs, created a place where wonder and amazement are merged into one, a place where you can enjoy a lovely meal and a great time.
This popular dining spot is not only known for its atmospheric ambience, but also for the wonderful dishes which are served to customers. Ristorante La Vela is known for hosting a number of celebrities including many popular singers, actors and football personalities from all over the world.
Meet Our Dedicated Chefs
Enrico
Originally from Scicli, Ragusa where he studied the art of cooking, Enrico has joined the restaurant when he was 21 years old. He has grown with the restaurant for the past nine years and with his unlimited passion and dedication Enrico has proven time after time his talent for cooking.
Enrico is our head chef and together with Vincenzo he is pleasantly surprising our customers with new specialities each week.
Vincenzo
Vincenzo is from Ispica, Sicily, and has been with La Vela for over five years now. His delicious dishes speak for his love and passion for food loud and clear. Coming from Ispica, where he went to catering school, Vincenzo has not only knowledge and skills but also great intuition.
The art of combining flavours and creating mouthwatering compositions has no secrets from him, which he has proven many times.

Neben dem Innenraum verfügt das Restaurant La Villetta auch über zwei Außenterrassen, auf denen einmal im Monat Veranstaltungen mit Live-Musik organisiert werden.

The Chef
Santino wurde 1967 in Italien geboren und zeigte schon in jungen Jahren seine Leidenschaft für die Welt der Gastronomie, indem er in der Küche arbeitete. Bis heute kann er auf mehr als 40 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich zurückblicken.
Im Jahr 2017 beschloss er, das Restaurantgeschäft in Italien zu verlassen und sich einer neuen Herausforderung zu stellen: die erworbenen Werte und die Leidenschaft der italienischen Küche ins Ausland zu übertragen.

Grazie all'accesso alla spiaggia e ad una grande terrazza, nei mesi estivi, da maggio a settembre, il Albatros è anche uno stabilimento balneare, la scelta giusta per chi cerca relax al mare e una buona cucina di pesce nello stesso posto.
