The best Italian restaurant on Poole Quay and only a stone’s throw away from the water’s edge. Established in 1993, Da Vinci’s is a family-run business, specialising in fresh local ingredients, cooked in true Italian style.

Whether you are seeking a casual pizza supper in a cosy Italian atmosphere or an exceptional meal in a venue that can cater for your special occasion, Da Vinci’s has the answer. Our beautiful Italian restaurant in Poole has a large outside eating area overlooking the Quay, perfect for enjoying a drink al fresco. Inside, there is a warm and homely downstairs dining room and upstairs our bright dining room features seven windows overlooking the harbour.

Il ristorante Osteria Quarantaquattro nasce dieci anni fa nel centro di Roma nel quartiere Sallustiano, tra la famosa via Veneto e piazza Sallustio, a due passi da Piazza Barberini e dal centro storico.

Au restaurant famillial « Dai 3 Fratelli », Mamma Scalea a su transmettre à ses fils l’amour de la cuisine italienne et la passion du métier :

Massimo le cuisinier, Enzo le pizzaiolo et Gerardo le serveur.

Tous trois ont fréquentés l’École hôtelière en Italie.

Chacun a trouvé sa place et domine sa discipline. Ils sont sans cesse à la recherche de nouveautés, que ce soit dans produits ou la façon de les travailler.

Tous cela bien sûr, avec l’aide de la Mamma, spécialiste des pâtes fraîches.

Così Zio e Nipote decidono di fare tesoro della tradizione dando vita a una combinazione di sapori antchi e gusti contemporanei.

La Pizzeria

Tutta ‘Nata Storia porta la vera Pizza Napoletana a Milano a livelli di alta qualità grazie alla professionalità ed esperienza del Maestro pizzaiolo Luigi Pollice.
Nato in provincia di Napoli in una cittadina ricca di panificatori e pastai Luigi Pollice dall’età di 14 anni inizia la sua carriera e ben presto impara i segreti dell’impasto e lievitazione, nozioni fondamentali per ottenere un prodotto di prima scelta da offrire ai nostri clienti.
La pizza, rigorosamente cotta nel forno a legna, si contraddistingue per le sue oltre 30 ore di lievitazione che la rendono leggera, croccante e digeribile, da provare anche al “metro” in base alla lunghezza della vostra fame.
Impasto e tempi di cottura segreti creano un nuovo stile di pizza per Tutta ’Nata Storia.

It's a family thing.......

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!
