Monella Pizza Experience è una pizzeria che unisce gusto, tradizione e passione per la cucina italiana.

Specializzata in pizza napoletana e pizza romana, propone impasti lavorati con cura e ingredienti selezionati, offrendo una varietà di gusti che soddisfano ogni palato. Accanto alle pizze, il menù comprende anche piatti della cucina tradizionale, preparati nel rispetto delle ricette originali.

Il locale è accogliente e informale, perfetto per una cena tra amici o in famiglia, con la possibilità di ordinare anche da asporto o a domicilio. 

Un’esperienza gastronomica che racconta la vera essenza della pizza, con uno stile tutto suo.

Chi Siamo

Immerso nella tranquillità dell'antico borgo di S. Biagio, risalente ai primi del ´900, a pochi km da Milazzo, il ristorante pizzeria Eurialo e Niso offre gustose pietanze della cucina tipica siciliana, con specialità di pesce e una vasta scelta tra circa 70 specialità di pizze cotte esclusivamente nel tradizionale forno a legna.

Il locale vanta circa 300 posti interni e 450 posti nell'ampio giardino estivo; ideale quindi per allegre serate estive con gli amici, compleanni e per occasioni piu importanti, come comunioni, cresime e matrimoni.

La nostra cucina racchiude le antiche tradizioni culinarie dei nostri antenati siciliani.
Il profumo dei pomodorini di pachino, l'aroma del cappero eoliano, le olive, la mentuccia, l'aglio, l'alloro
e altri odori, ormai quasi scomparsi, arricchiscono pesce, carni e primi piatti, per soddisfare
palati desiderosi di scoprire gusti ormai da tempo difficili da assaporare.

Nuovo Tabbarè si trova nel cuore della meravigliosa località di San Vito Lo Capo.

Offre la possibilità di tavoli all'aperto dove gustare ottime prelibatezze.

Enotria
Enotria war eine alte Bevölkerungsgruppe, die dem Vorrömischen zugeordnet war. Die Enotri lebten um das 15. Jahrhundert vor Christus in einem Gebiet von beträchtlicher Größe.

Enotria ist nach Enotro, dem Prinz von Arkadien und Sohn Lycains benannt. Es umfasst die heutigen Regionen Basilikata, Kampanien und Kalabrien.

Enotria galt als das Land des Weines, des Wohlergehens, der Harmonie und der Idylle. Sein König Italo war ein weiser und hoch geschätzter Herrscher. Zu seinen Ehren erhielt das heutige Italien seinen Namen.

Die Vorzüge des damaligen Enotria möchten auch wir als Team „Enotria da Miri“ Ihnen näher bringen. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen angenehmen und genussvollen Aufenthalt.

Todo tuvo inicio en Campobasso, ciudad en el sur de Italia, en proximidad del "Castillo Monforte" (Castello Monforte), lugar de origen del socio fundador Carmine Tangredi.

En FORTEZZA® compartimos y llevamos a la puerta de tu casa la tradición culinaria italiana y su rica cultura ancestral con alimentos de altísima calidad.

Elaboramos e importamos productos exquisitos con una amplia tradición familiar, sin conservantes químicos y fáciles de preparar, sin que esto afecte su sabor o calidad.

En Fortezza queremos demostrar que los productos congelados pueden mantener su esencia fresca y natural. Porque todos podemos disfrutar el sabor auténtico de Italia en nuestra mesa.

NUESTRAS MASAS se preparan con harina de trigo de fuerza 100% colombiana con alto contenido proteico, enriquecidas con harinas integrales o mezcla de semillas de Chía, Linaza y Ajonjolí.

El especial PROCESO DE MADURACIÓN de las masas, juntos con el utilizo de la levadura madre, permite que nuestra pizza sea fácil de digerir desarrollando aromas, colores y texturas únicos.

¡Utilizamos solo INGREDIENTES de alta calidad para nuestras pizzas! Tomate italiano dulce y balanceado, queso fresco mozzarella "Fior di Latte" como requerido por tradición italiana y por la Norma Europea UNI 10791:98.

Después de la cocción en HORNO DE LEÑA italiano, la pizza sale a 98°C y se somete a un proceso que en pocos minutos la lleva a una temperatura de -18°C/-23°C manteniendo todas las propiedades de una pizza fresca.

Our families and friends call us Vagabondi—wanderers—as we’ve always had wanderlust in our eyes. 

We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.

As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

Willkommen bei Paradiso da Carlo, Ihrer Pizzeria und Ihrem Ristorante für echte italienische Küche in Tegernheim, Regensburg, und neu in Regenstauf! Seit 2000 servieren wir unseren Gästen authentische Pizza und hausgemachte Pasta, frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet.

Unser Angebot:

Neben klassischen Pizzen bieten wir auch glutenfreie Teigvarianten sowie Dinkel- und Vollkornteig (auf Vorbestellung) an – perfekt für jeden Geschmack. Unsere glutenfreien Pizzen werden in einem separaten Ofen gebacken und sind somit ohne Risiko für Gäste mit Unverträglichkeiten.
Unsere hausgemachte Pasta sowie köstliche Fisch- und Fleischgerichte runden unser Angebot ab und bringen italienische Tradition und Vielfalt auf Ihren Teller.

Ab dem 1. Dezember 2024 heißen wir Sie in unserer neuen Location im Sportcenter der Eckert Schulen in Regenstauf willkommen. Besuchen Sie uns und genießen Sie italienisches Ambiente und den Geschmack authentischer Gerichte, die an die besten Trattorien Italiens erinnern.
