Our families and friends call us Vagabondi—wanderers—as we’ve always had wanderlust in our eyes.
We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.
As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

You’ll find The Pizza Vagabond tucked away in a quiet corner in the heart of Amsterdam — just a short walk from the city center, yet peacefully removed from the hustle and bustle. Step inside and you'll be welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. And when the sun is out, our sunny terrace offers the ideal spot to soak in the charm of summer evenings.
Un sol luogo nel quale ritrovare tutto il sapore della Puglia, dove ogni piatto è simbolo del “buon mangiar mediterraneo”.
Il Ristorante, premiato con la Stella Michelin, è situato nei pressi di Porta Marina, varco che già dal XVIII secolo consente l’accesso dal mare al centro storico della città di Barletta.
Nel cuore della Puglia Federiciana si mangia il meglio che il territorio possa offrire. Dal grano alla vite, dall'olio extra vergine d'oliva ai succosi pomodori, dal pesce fresco agli abbondanti frutti di mare, dai formaggi agli ortaggi, la cucina contemporanea di Bacco esalta la naturale bontà dei sapori, senza eccessive manipolazioni.
I prodotti sono tra l'estremo ed il classico della cucina pugliese con la ricca cantina da mille e una notte, il pesce sempre fresco e l'olio nostrano talvolta spremuto da antiche cultivar non dichiarate. Il pasto scorre tra tartufi, agrumi, un ricco plateau di frutti di mare, un servizio attento con piatti cambiati a molte riprese, dettagli e minuzie come il ghiaccio tritato nella misura perfetta, elementi che nell'insieme fanno di Bacco uno spettacolo dove ogni attore conosce la sua parte e la interpreta alla perfezione, per un pubblico mai scontento e sempre desideroso di una imminente replica.
Cultura gastronomica, piatti in prosa che diventano poesia al palato sono il frutto e l'ingrediente che fa di Bacco Ristorante un luogo speciale in cui passare qualche ora all'insegna della bontà.

Etnea Pizzeria è una pizzeria che porta a Amsterdam l’autenticità della tradizione italiana, ispirandosi ai sapori e alla cultura gastronomica del Sud Italia. Il nome richiama l’Etna, simbolo di forza e identità, elementi che si riflettono nella proposta culinaria.
La cucina è focalizzata sulla pizza, preparata con attenzione agli impasti e alla qualità degli ingredienti, nel rispetto delle ricette tradizionali. L’obiettivo è offrire un’esperienza semplice e genuina, capace di trasmettere il carattere della pizza italiana anche in un contesto internazionale.

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".
Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.
Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us
At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

La trattoria Gufo Nero è un locale classico piemontese, ampio, luminoso con due grandi sale divise da arcate in mattoni a vista, ampie vetrate sulla circostante campagna.
La zona è tipica per la produzione di ottimi vini, in particolare il ghemme che ha ricevuto nel 1997 la prestigiosa attestazione d.o.c.g. (denominazione di origine controllata garantita).

“The Wolf” è una tipica trattoria di montagna a conduzione famigliare, che punta a proporre piatti t ipici della tradizione, ma andando incontro alle richieste dei clienti, personalizzando i menù e proponendo piatti di tipo vegetariano e vegano, ma suggerendo anche menù festivi e a tema.
Oltre a ristorante, è anche bar e pizzeria con forno a legna attivo durante i mesi di bella stagione, ma spesso anche durante l’anno.
L’obiettivo è accontentare il cliente per quanto possibile, reperendo prodotti da fornitori selezionati e, il più possibile di zona.
