Danach eröffneten wir ein Eiscafé und Ende 2011 eröffneten wir das Restaurant „Claudio" in Preetz mit Eis und Kaffeespezialitäten und italienischer Küche mit ausgewählten Produkten. Der Kochstil ist puristisch, beim Thema Qualität gibt’s keine Kompromisse! Vito legt Wert auf marktfrische und saisonale Rohstoffe. Frische Zutaten und Kräuter zeichnen den Geschmack seiner Gerichte aus.

Der Gastgeber versprüht „Calore“, Wärme und Herzlichkeit. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde jeder Raum für sich nach einem eigenen Thema gestaltet und ein individuelles und stimmiges Ambiente geschaffen. Ein Mix von neuen und antiken Möbeln verleiht italienisches Flair und sorgt für Wohlfühlstimmung.
