Le pizze, d'asporto e al tavolo, sia tonde che alla pala, con la loro enorme varietà (oltre 100 gusti), sono un vero fiore all’occhiello della Red Rose, vengono realizzate a partire da un impasto fatto lievitare fino a 120 ore.... rigorosamente steso a mano, farcito e cotto con la massima cura ed attenzione, al fine di garantire la massima digeribilità e leggerezza, accompagnato dalle classiche bevande e dalla birra in bottiglia. Ovviamente, per i più esigenti, non poteva mancare la favolosa e superba birra tedesca alla spina, HB di Monaco di Baviera, che partecipa all' Oktoberfest, nelle quattro tipologie: chiara, weisse, ambrata e rossa.
