Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

Le restaurant Le Sapori, à Eysines , près de Bordeaux ,  vous fera découvrir les saveurs de l'Italie. Le chef cuisine dans le respect total des traditions de son pays. Passionné par son métier, la provenance, la qualité et la fraîcheur de ses produits sont une priorité pour lui. Il a ouvert avec son épouse ce restaurant  cette année et est propriétaire d'un autre restaurant identique, en Italie, depuis 15 ans.

Dalla Brianza alla Toscana

Siamo una famiglia, Carlo ed Elisabetta con i figli Paolo e Marco.

Siamo vissuti per 15 anni a Vimercate, città in provincia di Monza e Brianza, nel mezzo della terra brianzola.

Durante questo periodo abbiamo costruito insieme il nostro sogno di aprire un’attività in proprio immersa nella splendida cornice dell’Appenino tosco-romagnolo.

Nell’estate del 2013 abbiamo dunque lasciato la Brianza e siamo tornati alla casa materna di Elisabetta, a Marradi (FI), nel podere chiamato Figacciolo.

Il nostro ristorante, Il Casolare, è nato così, a coronamento di un sogno.

Siamo partiti con la ristrutturazione della stalla del podere Figacciolo per finire con la riqualificazione dell’intera area intorno alla casa di Agostino e Carmela, genitori di Elisabetta.

Questa terra splendida e incontaminata, unita ad elementi come pietra, legno e fuoco sono i componenti che caratterizzano il nostro ristorante.

Elementi semplici e primordiali che conferiscono alla struttura un’armonia del tutto particolare, Il Casolare è inserito alla perfezione nel contesto del luogo, quasi come se fosse sempre esistito.

Il Casolare si trova immerso nella natura, circondato da campi, boschi, castagneti e viti che si susseguono l’un l’altro dipingendo in ogni momento un quadro unico e indimenticabile

Dalle nostre terrazze è possibile ammirare la splendida laguna e la maestosa Isola di Tavolara.
Fondato nel 1980 dal Sig. Decandia, proprietario ed attuale gestore, si trova a San Teodoro proprio davanti alla spiaggia ed a poche centinaia di metri dal Villaggio di Puntaldia.

Lu Impostu rappresenta ormai un punto di riferimento per migliaia di vacanzieri e non solo, che alla freschezza del cibo e alla prelibatezza dei piatti vogliono unire la bellezza del panorama.

In our Risto pizzeria, you can experience the culinary diversity of Italy up close. In addition to our popular pizzas and pasta dishes, we also offer a slice of Napoli street food - a real highlight for all lovers of Italian street food. Our dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes and with carefully selected ingredients.

Our Risto-Pizzeria Raoul's not only offers culinary delights, but also a special ambience for various occasions. Enjoy warm summer evenings in our cosy beer garden, which can accommodate up to 120 people. For larger events, you can use our main hall, which offers space for 50-60 guests and is ideal as an event location. Our adjoining room also invites you to linger in our stylish lounge, which can accommodate around 40 people.
