Using his experience as a founding member of a global Italian chain “Fratelli la Bufala® Mimmo decided to move forward with his own brand “Mimmo la Bufala” and now serves some of the best pizza and Italian food in London.
With many awards and nominations over the last 20 years, Mimmo’s restaurant showcases the gastronomic heritage of Naples with critically acclaimed pizzes, pasta, fish and meat dishes. Unlike marry other restaurants that claim to cook pizzas the Italian way, Mimmo’s real wood fired oven ensures extraordinarily tasty and authentic pizzas, using the finest Italian toppings.
Born in Pozzuoli Napoli and living much of his life in Florence, whatever he is doing Mimmo is always back in time to welcome people to his restaurant to entertain and create an atmosphere, as his passion for food comes only second to his passion for life.

we have selected excellent local products and it was never enough that they were only good, we were looking for the best possible.
For this reason we have selected only small producers of cured meats and cheeses who favor quality over quantity and still use those slow aging that allow the unmistakable rich and delicate flavors of the past.

Il Gattopardo restaurant italien s’est peaufiné une identité avec de bons petits plats malins à base de produits vraiment italiens de qualité.
A deux pas du centre commercial "Les Passages" et de Marcel Sembat, dans une ambiance chaleureuse, on trouve l'addition douce et le service souriant.
Parmi les Antipasti une délicieuse Burratina crémeuse et speck,
au Chapitre des pâtes, un petit choix mais que du bon: Rigatoni pomodoro aubergines et copeaux de parmesan, Tagliolini à la crème de truffe, Spaghetti noirs langoustines et asperges.... On y déguste aussi la pizza Lupara ou Estate ainsi qu'un incomparable tiramisu fait maison.

I was born in Sorrento and started to work in the kitchen at a young age. Cooking has always been my passion and my dream has always been to own a restaurant – finally my wish came true in the beautiful picturesque village of Boston Spa Wetherby!
