I am so excited to open my new restaurant in Haslemere and I look forward to serving you some of my family favourites and some classic Italian dishes soon.

I have over 20 years experience in managing and working in the catering industry both as an importer and exporter of fine foods from Italy and as a restaurateur in London. I felt it was time to take life a bit easier and start up something for me and my family. The experience I gained from working at United Colours of Benetton and launching Boscoreale, a restaurant which I have now sold, has given me the foundation to start something smaller and more intimate.

My passion is food, family and good company. I look forward to welcoming you to Carlo Independent Italian Restaurant soon and for us to laugh and love food together.

Dabei legen wir ganz im Sinne der Slow Food Philosophie den Fokus auf spezialisierte, oft kleinstrukturierte Anbieter, deren Weine und Köstlichkeiten im Handel regulär kaum zu finden sind. Viele dieser Winzer und Produzenten sind längst zu Freunden geworden, die unsere Gäste bei Wein- und Spezialitätenverkostungen in der Weinphilo kennenlernen.
