La nostra storia
La Trattoria Amici Miei, situata in via Bligny, 42, in zona università, è una deliziosa trattoria tipica milanese a conduzione familiare. Fondata nel 2001 dalla famiglia Benedan, oggi è gestita da Giacomo e sua moglie Marta, con l’intento di preservare lo spirito e i sapori milanesi autentici. Questo accogliente ristorante rappresenta un angolo di tradizione in una città moderna e frenetica, offrendo un rifugio caldo e accogliente dove poter assaporare i piatti tradizionali di Milano.

Il nome “Amici Miei” prende ispirazione dal famoso film del 1975 diretto da Mario Monicelli, il nostro spirito gioccherellone e ruspante, tipico delle vere trattorie italiane.
Atto II
Nel 2017, l’Amici Miei ha aperto l’Atto II, un locale più grande con un giardino all’interno di una corte, riscaldato d’inverno e fresco d’estate, per accogliere ancora più ospiti e condividere la sua autentica cucina milanese con un pubblico ancora più ampio.

Founded in 1997, Olivo has been part of Guildford’s culinary heritage for more than two decades. Set within a beautifully preserved 17th-century building, our restaurant combines historic charm with the elegance of modern Italian dining. What began as a family passion for authentic cuisine has grown into a beloved destination where tradition, craftsmanship, and hospitality come together in every detail.

We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.
As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

Storia di Vulcano Milano
VULCANO MILANO nasce in Via Giacomo Matteotti a Cinisello Balsamo come Bar e Gelateria di zona, ma nel 1966 viene preso in gestione da “i fratelli biondi” che trasformano il bar di quartiere in un vero e proprio ristorante chiamandolo Ristorante Pizzeria il Vulcano.
Dopo circa mezzo secolo il locale viene rilevato da Denis e Mirsad, fratelli anche loro, con una passione: la pizza!
I nuovi soci del Ristorante Pizzeria il Vulcano hanno una lunga esperienza nel settore food & beverage. Denis, ex cuoco, da circa 10 anni fa il pizzaiolo. Ha sempre lavorato al fianco di un famoso cuoco siciliano, ma un giorno si è innamorato della pizza e non l’ha più lasciata.
Mirsad è un pizzaiolo dal 2013 e la sua esperienza lo ha portato a lavorare in diverse realtà Lombarde. Ha fatto esperienza con Chef francesi e in una famosa pizzeria Milanese.
Poi dal 2013, per circa 4 anni, i due fratelli hanno lavorato in un ristorante di Assago dove son cresciute la loro professionalità e voglia di fare impresa.
Dal 2013 al 2018 hanno sempre gareggiato ai Campionati mondiali della pizza di Parma e nel 2015 Mirsad si aggiudica il 12° posto nel concorso europeo. Nei vari concorsi mondiali più volte sono arrivati tra i primi 30 classificati su un totale di ben 3.800 concorrenti.
Nel 2017 Mirsad e Denis che erano alla ricerca da lungo tempo di una location che rispecchiasse le loro esigenze, rilevano il Ristorante Pizzeria il Vulcano. Dopo pochi mesi fanno l’inaugurazione del locale completamente ristrutturato e nasce VULCANO MILANO.
Le difficoltà iniziali sono state ricompensate dal feedback dei clienti, infatti la voglia dei due imprenditori di crescere non si ferma mai…
