Restaurateur and esteemed chef, Patrizia Branchi, has been a part of award-winning restaurants and Italian cuisine since 1985, when she opened her first restaurant, L’Osteria Delle Tre Panche, in the heart of Florence, Italy.

After moving with her family to the states and getting acquainted with the city’s vast restaurant scene, Patrizia saw an opportunity to open her next culinary venture, where she could continue to share the award-winning recipes she’s spent her life perfecting.

1975 wurde unsere Pizzeria gegründet.
Am 1. Juli 2018 übernahmen wir die Führung.

Seitdem sind wir fest in der Trierer Innenstadt verwurzelt und sorgen für volle Bäuche und zufriedene Gäste - Tag für Tag.

Ristorante “Le Due Terre” nasce con l’obiettivo di dar vita ad un’esperienza di combinazioni tra sapori gastronomici di due regioni italiane: l’Umbria e la Campania.

Il 1° gennaio del 2015 per volontà del titolare e chef Callara Magno, prende forma l'originale progetto Dù Scalini a Fiuggi, per raccogliere i frutti di un'esperienza maturata negli anni e di una precisa concezione della qualità culinaria.

Quest'avventura si sviluppa, quindi, dalla passione del titolare per le carni e per i vini più pregiati, da offrire alla clientela in virtù di un nuovo approccio alla cucina basato su ingredienti rigorosamente selezionati ed etichette di indubbia eccellenza.

Il ristorante di carne di Fiuggi, si propone come locale che aspira a riqualificare la bellezza della ristorazione e la sfida della gastronomia con un servizio nettamente più d’elìte.

About us
Our Mission

Pasta Mia was born from the chef’s idea and from his wife Carola’s initiative to bring the authentic Italian traditions of fresh pasta abroad.

He lived in Milan and had an interest and attraction for cooking since childhood, watching his grandmother and mother cook as they prepared pasta and other traditional Marche recipes for the family.

He worked in several restaurants in Milan, starting as a commis, up to becoming a chef. He is now determined to bring all his experience to your palate.
