Nel cuore del Salento, a due passi dal mare e immerso nella quiete di Alliste, sorge La Puteca, un ristorante dove il tempo sembra rallentare per lasciare spazio ai sapori veri, quelli della tradizione.
La Puteca non è solo un ristorante: è un angolo di casa, un luogo dove ogni piatto racconta una storia. Qui, la cucina è quella genuina di una volta, fatta con ingredienti freschi, locali e di stagione. Dalla pasta fatta a mano ai profumi del mare, dalle carni selezionate ai contorni della terra salentina, ogni ricetta è preparata con passione e rispetto per le origini.
Il nome stesso, “Puteca”, richiama la bottega di un tempo, dove ci si fermava non solo per mangiare, ma per incontrarsi, parlare, sentirsi parte di una comunità. Oggi, La Puteca porta avanti quello spirito con un’accoglienza familiare, un’atmosfera calda e un servizio attento ma informale.
Che si tratti di una cena romantica, un pranzo in famiglia o una serata tra amici, La Puteca è il posto giusto per chi cerca autenticità, qualità e un’esperienza culinaria che sa di casa.

La nostra storia.
Een passie herken je op jonge leeftijd. Dit was ook het geval voor Giuseppe Inglima. Op 8-jarige leeftijd begon hij alvast met zijn mama verse pasta te maken, de keuken was zijn werkruimte. Naast zijn studies latijn, vond Giuseppe toch de tijd om in de keuken te staan, om zijn ouders maar vooral zichzelf te bewijzen dat het serveren van gerechten zijn groot
Lo Chef...
Op 14-jarige leeftijd is Giuseppe begonnen in de horeca te werken als bediening. Toen hij 16 jaar werd, heeft hij zijn ouders en zijn omgeving kunnen overtuigen om achter zijn droom aan te lopen. Het was zover, hij mocht naar de hotelschool gaan te Hasselt.
Dankzij zijn gedrevenheid en ervaring voor zijn jonge leeftijd, kreeg hij hogere functies in de keuken. Hierdoor heeft hij een horeca-wedstrijd gewonnen als de jongste, getalenteerdste kok! Als jonge knaap, heeft Giuseppe alle mogelijkheden in de sector gezien. Van bistro tot brasserie, tot zelfs hoog- gastronomische keukens. Zijn passie en hart ligt al van jonge chef in de Italiaanse keuken, waar hij natuurlijk ook vandaan komt.
Il Ristorante...
Met Gastronomia Inglima combineert Giuseppe zijn ervaring in de culinaire sector en traditionele gerechten uit zijn roots om shockerende gerechten te creëren voor zijn gasten. Gastronomia Inglima is een plaats waar traditionele smaken en moderne toetsen elkaar omarmen. In het gezellig centrum van Maaseik kunt u genieten van deze fenomenale gerechten zowel op het terras als in het recent vernieuwd interieur.

Il Ristorante Da Dulin si trova nella splendida cornice di Riomaggiore, in via Colombo 55, nel cuore delle Cinque Terre. Questo ristorante italiano propone una cucina tradizionale con un’attenzione particolare alla qualità e alla freschezza degli ingredienti, in un ambiente semplice e accogliente.
È possibile mangiare all’aperto e godere del clima e dell’atmosfera tipica del borgo ligure. La cucina si concentra principalmente su piatti di mare, con proposte di pesce fresco e ricette locali, ma non mancano anche proposte italiane classiche per tutti i gusti.

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".
Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.
Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us
At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

Ich, Marinella Brucchieri, stamme aus Sizilien, wo ich Grundschullehrerin war. In Deutschland bin ich seit 1995 in den Gastronomiebetrieben meiner Familie tätig.
