Il nostro locale, nato a marzo, propone piatti tipici liguri e sardi, con un tocco di cucina fusion tra le due tradizioni. Offriamo anche opzioni per vegetariani e, su richiesta, per celiaci. Organizziamo cene a tema, come la serata sarda con salumi, formaggi, culurgiones, maialino e seadas, oltre a cene aziendali, comunioni, cresime e compleanni con menù fisso personalizzabile. A disposizione dei clienti un ampio parcheggio gratuito a soli 50 metri dal locale. Ti aspettiamo per un’esperienza di gusto unica!
Inoltre il nostro menù effettua variazioni ogni 2/3 mesi per seguire la stagionalità delle materie prime!

Our families and friends call us Vagabondi—wanderers—as we’ve always had wanderlust in our eyes.
We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.
As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

Todo tuvo inicio en Campobasso, ciudad en el sur de Italia, en proximidad del "Castillo Monforte" (Castello Monforte), lugar de origen del socio fundador Carmine Tangredi.
En FORTEZZA® compartimos y llevamos a la puerta de tu casa la tradición culinaria italiana y su rica cultura ancestral con alimentos de altísima calidad.
Elaboramos e importamos productos exquisitos con una amplia tradición familiar, sin conservantes químicos y fáciles de preparar, sin que esto afecte su sabor o calidad.

NUESTRAS MASAS se preparan con harina de trigo de fuerza 100% colombiana con alto contenido proteico, enriquecidas con harinas integrales o mezcla de semillas de Chía, Linaza y Ajonjolí.
El especial PROCESO DE MADURACIÓN de las masas, juntos con el utilizo de la levadura madre, permite que nuestra pizza sea fácil de digerir desarrollando aromas, colores y texturas únicos.
¡Utilizamos solo INGREDIENTES de alta calidad para nuestras pizzas! Tomate italiano dulce y balanceado, queso fresco mozzarella "Fior di Latte" como requerido por tradición italiana y por la Norma Europea UNI 10791:98.
Después de la cocción en HORNO DE LEÑA italiano, la pizza sale a 98°C y se somete a un proceso que en pocos minutos la lleva a una temperatura de -18°C/-23°C manteniendo todas las propiedades de una pizza fresca.

Gossip Bar e’ un punto di ritrovo per la bellissima cittadina di Cervere.
Siamo aperti tutti i giorni per servirvi colazioni dolci e salate; i pranzi a menu’ fisso sono disponibili dal lunedì al venerdì e nel weekend si possono organizzare pasti su prenotazione. Siamo specializzati sugli aperitivi durante tutto il giorno con stuzzichini gourmet e “fuori dal comune”, ma accessibili a tutti.
Godiamo di una stupenda piazza che accoglie le giostre durante la festa patronale e la fiera del porro nel periodo pre-invernale. Vi aspettiamo!"
