The process begins with laser cutting of AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel, a material suitable for food contact, non-hardenable and corrosion-resistant. The technology allows surfaces of different thicknesses and shapes to be worked, up to five metres in length.
The cut sheets are bent according to the design and welded with artisan care. Every stage of transformation respects the specific properties of the material and the functional requirements of the element being made.
Vittinox Srl offers a range of steel finishes: Scotch Brite, Circular Brushed, Wirbel Steel, Velvet, Zefiro, as well as Titanium, Bronze, Copper, Champagne, Chrome Green and Navy Blue colourings.
The EASY CLEAN treatment applies a nanotechnology that makes surfaces water-repellent, stain-resistant and easy to clean with just a damp microfibre cloth, simplifying everyday maintenance.
Every product undergoes quality control before delivery, verifying compliance with the specifications requested and the correct execution of all processing stages.
