Services and features
The house's most structured red, made according to the Valpolicella standard. It expresses the tradition of appassimento (grape drying) that characterises this part of the Verona area.
A red wine made by re-passing the must over Amarone's pressed grape skins, a technique typical of the area. Fuller-bodied than the base Valpolicella, with a structure midway between the two styles.
A white wine made from Garganega grapes, a native Verona variety. It represents the estate's take on a blend deeply rooted in local tradition.
A rosé sparkling wine made through secondary fermentation. It stands alongside the re-fermented Chardonnay in the sparkling wine line, covering the two main colour styles of the estate's effervescent offer.
An agricultural production that runs alongside the wine labels. Olive growing is part of the Verona landscape, and its processing is part of La Romiglia's overall activity.
The winery offers several formats: from an introductory tasting to one organised by vintage, through to pairings with local gastronomic products and a chance to discover the Valpolicella landscape.
