Every dessert begins with a direct collaboration with the client. The TROPICAL MALDESTRO workshop gathers ideas, photographs and requests to translate them into feasible projects that reflect the theme of the celebration.
Clients can choose among different bases and fillings, including Red velvet. The variety on offer makes it possible to build cakes that meet different tastes while maintaining artisanal quality.
Cake design techniques are applied by hand to every creation. Cakes, cupcakes and decorated cookies take shape through processes that require time and precision.
The final stage involves personalised decoration, where the aesthetic of the original request takes material form. Artistic cookies and cupcakes are finished with details that also make them suitable as gifts.
