Nel centro storico di Cartagena, in calle Jabonerías, Trattoria La Farfalla propone la cucina italiana di casa, quella che si tramanda in famiglia. Pizza con impasto lavorato ogni giorno, pasta ripiena secondo ricette domestiche, le celebri crocchette di carbonara e il provolone gratinato: ogni piatto nasce dalla tradizione casalinga portata in Spagna. L'intera carta è disponibile in versione senza glutine, con controllo della contaminazione crociata.
