Services and features
Mussels alla marinara, clams in guazzetto, tuna carpaccio, octopus, oysters and raw fish carpacci open the menu with a selection of classic and product-driven preparations.
A delicate risotto and bavette allo scoglio (seafood pasta) make up the first-course offering, with cooking that respects the fish and its timing.
Main courses feature traditional cooking methods that highlight the freshness of the ingredients: fish al cartoccio, grilled, or baked in salt, served and cleaned tableside.
Salmon wrapped in puff pastry is served with light vegetables, in a preparation that balances the fish with vegetable notes.
Three tasting menus include starters, first course, main course, dessert, house wine and water, priced at thirty-four, thirty-nine and forty-four euros.
The menu for children features gnocchi, pasta, chicken cutlet and chips, designed to introduce younger guests to the table.
