The place
Tower Ristorazione Donazzon Achille operates within the VEGA technology park (VEGA, Venice's science and technology park) in Marghera with a formula that combines self-service, restaurant, pizzeria and snack bar. The menu is refreshed daily with a wide selection of first and second courses, alongside the pizzeria and specialities from the Veneto tradition such as braised beef with polenta and porchetta. Fridays are dedicated to fish, with fried dishes, starters and traditional preparations. Desserts are made fresh every day. The service is organised to meet the needs of workers in the surrounding industrial area.
