Tirovino food&wine welcomes its guests in piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, in the heart of the medieval old town of Vieste. The restaurant, marked by cross vaults, overlooks the rotonda of Marina Piccola with panoramic views of the sea and the lighthouse. The menu ranges from pizzas to paposce garganiche, from boards of selected cured meats and cheeses to a curated wine list featuring Apulian labels and champagne. Local ingredients take centre stage, enhanced by the use of local extra virgin olive oils.
