The place
SOTToVOCE CAFE brings the authentic experience of Milanese coffee to the Californian desert. Founded by Natalie Silva after more than twenty years spent in Milan, the café serves espresso prepared according to Italian tradition, gourmet sandwiches with selected ingredients, artisanal gelato and a list of fourteen Italian wines. Located at The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert, it offers a relaxed setting for every moment of the day, from the morning cappuccino to the evening aperitivo with spritz and Negroni Sbagliato, accompanied by evenings dedicated to wine and cheese pairings.

A menu of artisanal sandwiches including the Capri, the Mediterraneo, the Camogli with prosciutto, fontina and sun-dried tomatoes, and the Tartufo. The selection also includes vegetarian options with zucchini, avocado and grilled vegetables.
Artisanal gelato also served affogato-style, with hot espresso poured over the cold cream according to Italian tradition.
A selection of fourteen Italian wines paired with six spritz cocktails, including the Negroni Sbagliato. The aperitivo menu follows the classics of Milanese tradition.
