The place
Società Agricola Tre Castelli, known as Vignedileo, has run its winegrowing estate on the south-western slope of Staffolo, in the Marche hinterland, since 1990. Of its 100 hectares of property, 36 are planted with vines, devoted mainly to Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi alongside Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes. The annual production of 250,000 bottles is split 70% to foreign markets and 30% to Italy. Alongside its wines, the estate also produces extra virgin olive oil.

The 36 hectares under vine are concentrated on the south-western slope of Staffolo, devoted mainly to Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. Montepulciano and Sangiovese round out the varietal range for the reds. The pedoclimatic conditions of the Marche hinterland favour balanced ripening of the grapes.
Vinification takes place in the estate cellar, where tradition and technology come together. The barrel room houses the ageing of wines intended for greater structure and complexity. A tasting room welcomes visitors for guided wine-tourism itineraries and moments of discovery of the production.
The annual output of 250,000 bottles reflects a quality-driven philosophy. 70% is destined for foreign markets, 30% for the domestic market. Alongside the vineyards, the estate grows its own olive groves, from which it produces an extra virgin olive oil.
The production
A varied range spanning the Classico version, the Frocco and Lalocco selections, and the Issimo and Pietrò Cuvée reserves. This variety is the heart of the estate's production and its most faithful expression of the territory.
Rosso Piceno and Esino Rosso from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes. The range also includes a rosé wine that completes the estate's offering.
Sparkling wines in the Leo, Adele and Brut labels, with a special Brut Aquarium format. Wines that showcase the territory through the metodo classico.
