The caper plantations grow in the territory of Pollara, within the Riserva Naturale of the island of Salina, where the volcanic soil and exposure favour the quality of the product.
The capers of Salina are recognised as a Presidio Slow Food, a mark of the quality and productive tradition that preserves their distinctive organoleptic characteristics.
Capers and cucunci (caper berries) are processed according to tradition in various preparations: in salt, in vinegar, and seasoned in vinegar. Artisanal transformation extends to sauces, condiments and granules.
The company offers its products through a direct sales channel, with the option to order by email to receive the genuine preserves of Salina.
