Riverfrut Società Agricola is listed in the regional register of organic farming operators of the Emilia-Romagna Region, ensuring compliance with the standards set for this type of cultivation.
Fresh vegetables are processed at the Rivergaro facility through processes that preserve their organoleptic characteristics. The fourth range includes ready-to-use fresh products, while the fifth range includes pre-cooked preparations.
The cooked vegetable line uses steam as a cooking method to keep the nutritional properties of the vegetables intact, offering ready-to-eat products that retain flavour and texture.
All Riverfrut products are kosher-pareve certified, a classification that guarantees the absence of ingredients of animal origin and compliance with processing protocols according to Jewish tradition.
