Founded in 2007 by Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco, RISTORANTE VOLARE is a family-run Italian restaurant in Southport bringing the cuisine of Southern Italy to the English coast. The business is now led by the second generation, Jason and Victoria Maimone. The establishment is main sponsor of Southport Football Club.
