Sapori Romani brings Roman culinary tradition to Fano. In the premises on Strada Nazionale Adriatica Nord, the menu celebrates the capital's authentic recipes: pinsa with its fragrant base, carbonara, cacio e pepe, gricia and tripe prepared according to recipes handed down over time. The menu is rounded out by traditional starters, fried salt cod, porchetta di Ariccia (herb-roasted pork, a specialty from the town of Ariccia) and grilled meats. The welcoming setting reflects the hospitality that accompanies every service.
