The figures
In the making · The approach
The kitchen draws on the classic Italian repertoire, with particular attention to pizza made according to tradition and to dishes of Mediterranean gastronomy. The offering is divided between the main menu and a dedicated seasonal summer selection.
Since 2016 Grazia Tavella-Sevilmis has carried forward the work begun by her father Pasquale, keeping intact the restaurant's original philosophy and the identity built over fifty years of activity, with the aim of offering guests only the best.
The setting carries the character and warmth of Italy into the heart of Vienna, offering spaces renewed over time, a summer garden for the warm season, and a welcome that combines Mediterranean authenticity with Austrian hospitality.
