In the heart of Alghero's historic centre, Ristorante Mabrouk offers a dining experience built around the day's fresh catch. The fixed menu unfolds in a generous sequence of courses that celebrate Sardinian culinary tradition: five seafood starters, a pairing of first courses featuring fresh pasta such as ravioli with squid ink, grouper and smoked ricotta or paccheri with tuna, and a pairing of mains where sea bream, lobster and catshark prepared alla algherese take centre stage. Homemade desserts, local wine and coffee complete the journey.
