The place
Ristorante La Traviata in Augsburg-Hammerschmiede has been bringing authentic Italian culinary tradition to Germany for over ten years. Run by owners Giuseppe and Michaela Palermo, the restaurant serves pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, including the distinctive 50 cm Pinsa romana with its long-leavened dough, fresh pasta dishes, fish and meat specialities, and a wide selection of Italian wines. The dining room seats up to 85 guests for private and corporate events, while in summer the sun terrace offers a corner of Italy.
