The place
Ristorante La Torre di Pretoro occupies an ancient watchtower (torre di avvistamento) at the heart of the medieval Abruzzo village. The region's traditional cuisine takes shape in spaces where stone tells centuries of history: brick vaults and a dining room carved directly from the rock. Chef and owner Patrizia Salvatore selects fine local ingredients for a menu that joins tradition with care for raw materials.
