The place
On the hills of Prosecco DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene, in Rolle di Cison di Valmarino, Ristorante Da Brun has welcomed guests since 1957 to a farmhouse in a panoramic setting. For three generations, the Brun family has carried on the traditional cuisine of the upper Marca Trevigiana, with its renowned grilled meats as the house's signature: local beef, pork and chicken cooked over the coals. The offering is rounded out with sopressa, muset, seasonal vegetables from the garden, genuine first courses and homemade desserts. The rural setting features spacious rooms with fireplaces and a vine-covered pergola for dining surrounded by greenery. The traditional Alpine coffee with grappa brings every meal to a close.
