The place
In Poggio Nativo, on the Via Salaria Nuova, Il Vecchio Casale da Liberati has carried on the ristomacelleria model since 1876, where counter and kitchen speak to each other under the guidance of the same family. Five generations of the Liberati family have kept this dual identity alive: the skill in selecting and preparing cuts, the gastronomic interpretation rooted in Sabina tradition. A presence spanning a century and a half, guaranteeing continuity of method and genuineness of the raw material.
1876-2024
In the heart of Sabina, on the Via Salaria Nuova, the Liberati family has kept the art of the ristomacelleria (butcher's shop and restaurant in one) since 1876.
