Res Nova Il Colle is a family-run farm set among the hills of Portaria, in Acquasparta, at the heart of Umbria. Covering around 30 hectares and raising more than 50 head of livestock, the business, passed down through generations, offers hospitality in a recently renovated property with four units and eight bedrooms. Its commitment to environmental sustainability is reflected in the solar thermal and photovoltaic systems and the fully recyclable roof. A multimedia classroom hosts educational activities for school groups and families.
