The place
Pizzeria Napule è brings the authentic tradition of Neapolitan pizza to Lanciano. Salvatore Sannino, a master pizza maker trained in Naples and active in several Pizza Napoletana associations, runs the first true Neapolitan pizzeria in the Frentano area together with his wife Maria and their daughters Carolina and Martina. The leavened dough and the cooking in the wood-fired oven follow the principles of Neapolitan tradition. The menu offers both classic pizzas and creative ones such as the Troisi with salt cod, lime, taggiasca olives and almonds, alongside fried pizzas and Neapolitan desserts such as babà and lemon delizia.
